Hi there, I am trying to add the year to form file names displayed in a Sharepoint library.  The problem is, that I'd only like to display the year.  Does anyone know how to do this?  

concat("Expense Form-", Cost Code, "-", Date, "-", FormNumber)

 Alternatively I could ask the user to manually input the year, but would be good if there is a way to do this automatically.

Try this:

substring(today(), 1, 4)

today() returns today's date with the year as the first four characters, so substring selects just those first four characters.
