InfoPath Dev

Been going through the qRules User Guide looking for a rule that would capture the URL of the form.  Is this possible with qRules?   Would like to use the URL in another SP list with help of a workflow....  if so, is there a pdf on how to use it?

No - there isn't. If you are using a formula for the file name, you should be able to put this together in another form field - are you using InfoPath / SharePoint 2010? If so, there are some new functions in the rules that get the library for the form that might help you.
