    InfoPath2007 32bit Issues with MOSS 2007 64bit

    Hi all,

I got following error when trying to create a SPSite object via SharePoint Object Model (SPSite site = new SPSite(url)) within my InfoPath project in debug mode:
The Web application at http://url could not be found. Verify that you have typed the URL correctly. If the URL should be serving existing content, the system administrator may need to add a new request URL mapping to the intended application.

I know it because the code is compiled with platform target x86, while my SharePoint server is x64 (MOSS 2007). so I need to set the platform target to "Any CPU" according to following post:
    http://nileshmandekar.blogspot.com.au/2011/03/web-application-at-could-not-be-found.html

However it doesn't give me this option under InfoPath project properties compared to other type of projects (console, class etc).

I knew another workaround is to install InfoPath 2010. I tried and it worked but it also introduced another known issue:
Method 'get_ServerInfo' in type 'Microsoft.Office.InfoPath.Server.SolutionLifetime.XmlFormProxy' from assembly 'Microsoft.Office.InfoPath.Server, Version=12.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=71e9bce111e9429c' does not have an implementation.

Ironically the solution is to uninstall InfoPath 2010 ! So I still need to stick with InfoPath 2007. Is there a way that I can change the platform target settings within InfoPath project ?

    Thanks & Regards
