    how to change mapping xml file sharepoint siteurl

    Hi,

    I am using qrules to save list items in dev environment is working fine.

    now the issue is my development site url and production environment site url is different.

    how to change the site url in mapping.xml files.

    Hi-

    If you're using qRules v4.2, you can re-load the mapping file into the Mapping tool (there is button for this at the bottom of the view). Then you can modify the mapping to point to the new server, new list, new columns, etc.

    Once the mapping has been updated, modify your XSN template to use this new mapping.xml.

    Just to add a bit to Ernesto's answer, you can also change the value using a rule - there are some new functions in InfoPath 2010 that include one that will return the site the form is opened from, I believe. You'd also need to add a rule to change the GUID in the ListCollection node, however.
