Recently I published my "EngineeringRequest" form to a Site Content Type.

I created a new form library and added the "EngineeringRequests" content type.

I added a SharePoint Column called "REVIEWED" = Yes/No.

In our current library we have a datasheet view we use in a meeting for reviewing new requests. We set the REVIEWED to Yes after our meeting.

In the new library, based on the site content type, DataSheet is not an option when I try to create a new view. I also am unable to switch a standard view to a DataSheet view.

The form template in a form library cannot be edited, one can edit in Sharepoint's Datasheet only data from fields promoted during publishing with checked

• "Allow users to edit data in this field by using a datasheet or properties page "

for each field

It also has a warning there:

• Rules and code will not run on changes made outside of the form 

Hi,

I have a quick question. Is there a work around for a date column. i can't seem to make those editable in datasheet view. Any ideas why this opton is greyed out for some columns?
