InfoPath Dev

I uploaded one excel sheet to a list. I am retrieving the data in InfoPath form from that list. Normally you will publish the form to a list in which i can only see the "number" instead of "Name". How can achieve it. One more thing i am able to retrieve the data only in the preview but not in the my site(site list) where i have published my publish.

 the error is:

"Stop running this script?

A Script on this page is causing internet explorer to run slowly. If it continues to run, your computer may become unresponsive."

Normally, I publish my form template but not the form, upload or attach forms|documents/files, submit data, and import from Excel sheet (but not uploading it), etc.... Can you attach what you succeeded with to this thread through options tab?
