    Re: Switching Data Connections

    Hi,
For this we have two options. The first option is:

    1. Create two option buttons
    2. Change the “value when selected” is equal to 1 for first option button and 2 for second options button
    3. Create one list box and connect it to one secondary data source and apply the conditional formatting on it as “when field1(the first option button) is not equal to 1 hide this control”
    4. Create one more list box and connect it to the other secondary data source and apply the conditional formatting on it as “when field1(the second option button) is not equal to 2 hide this control”

The second option is through code which is available at the following location

    Re: Switching Data Connections

    thanks Maritha,

the first option solve the problem, perhaps this option is not the best one. I wish to use same listbox to change the data connection depending on the chosen option. Its Possible?.

Option 2 does not use data connections, data is enter manually.

    But thanks for the ideas.

    Somebody has suggestions ?
