So I'm an idiot... restoring template.xsn

In trying to solve an issue, I went into my form library's explorer view to delete the IP file there and then republish the form.  In a moment of utter stupidity while in SP Designer, I deleted the template.xsn file as well.  Now when I try to publish the form anew, I am getting an error saying "Infopath cannot modify the form library template because the file does not exist. Copy the template to the form library or create a new form library."

I've tried copying my current xsn file to the same location in the SP explorer view form file the original file was located.  I've also tried copying the form file into SP Designer in the form folder (which copies the actual xsn file i.e. NameofFile.xsn and not a template.xsn file as was previously there or like I see in my other form library).  Neither option is correcting the problem.  Since I have workflows set up for this form library, I'd prefer not creating an entirely new form library.

Anyone out there know how to fix my incredibly stupid error?

    Thanks!

In browser, at the bottom of lef-side tree of your sharepoint site,  I have Recycle Bin from which one can restore the deleted sharepoint files.

I've just checked it by deleting template.xsn of an Infopath Form library, getting upon this on attempts to publish it:

    • Infopath cannot modify the form library template because the file does not exist. Copy the template to the form library or create a new form library
      OK

Then, I navigated to Recycle Bin, which url is

checked the deleted Template.xsn and  and clicked Restore Selection link

     Everything started to work again

Also, I succeeded in importing a template (in Sharepoint Designer 2010 where you have deleted it under another name, for example, template1.xsn) and then changing to it in "Template URL:" textbox of Advanced Settings of a form library
