Hi

I'm creating and updating 2 SP 2010 list from IP form using qRules 4.2 . The form after submitting is saved in the form library. Form is browser enabled and opened by default in the browser.

How to create a link to this saved form in list items which are created through that form ?

Oh that would be quite a challenge. See, the list items need to submit before the form library submit. So the form knows the list IDs but the lists do not know the form ID. There's nothing in qRules to account for this scenario, but i imagine that you could:

1. Submit the SharePoint lists using qRules.

2. Submit to the form library

3. Query the form library to obtain the ID and perhaps put together a URL via rules.

4. Resubmit the SharePoint lists using qRules, this time including the URL to the form.
