Save and Submit on Infopath 2007

I have created an infopath 2007 form with 3 different sections. First section is to submit the form. Second and third for the different reviewers. The problem I am facing is on save and submit. Whenever the submitter submits the form it saves in form library in sharepoint but when reviewer tries to submit the form, it saves as a new form (it should update the form that has been submitted by the submitter). Need your help.

I would suggest checking your submit data connection. In it, you are able to set the name of the form and check whether you want to allow overwrites. You need to make sure that the form is not changing names each time someone submits. The form therefore retains the same name and overwrites the previously existing form.

If you are allowing Save on your form, then you are basically allowing the users to input any name they want. You should only be allowing Submit to prevent user error and duplicate forms.

    Good luck!

ErnestoM, I am trying to populate dropdown list in InfoPath 2007. I applied all steps in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=txLZBLb-MMA but it did not populate. It showed only one data from the list. Please help. Thanks
