Hi Rajasekar,
IE does this because of the processing-instruction that InfoPath places at the top of each XML file. If you open up one of the XML files in notepad you will see a tag that looks like this:
<?mso-infoPathSolution
solutionVersion="1.0.0.502" productVersion="11.0.6565" PIVersion="1.0.0.0" href="http://wss.autonomysystems.com/Time%20Sheet%202/Forms/template.xsn" name="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:infopath:Time-Sheet-2:http---www-autonomysystems-com-2005-cadabara-timesheet" language="en-us"
?>
If you remove this tag (say inside a text editor) and then open in IE it should open as a regular XML document.
Another easier alternative is to drag 'n drop the InfoPath XML file into a browser that does not understand Microsoft's processing instructions, such as Firefox.
