Hi,
I have a published infopath form in a SharePoint Document library. Users will submit entries per month basis. The form is published in a new doc library every beginning of each month. No changes in the code at all. It's been running fine for everyone. But now the issue is, some of the users are not able to submit form anymore. They can open existing forms and retrieve data except submit a form. They're always getting this error message when trying to submit or update the form: For other users it's working fine.
InfoPath cannot submit the form. The OnSubmitRequest event handler did not work.Input string was not in a correct format. at System.Number.StringToNumber(String str, NumberStyles options, NumberBuffer& number, NumberFormatInfo info, Boolean parseDecimal) at System.Number.ParseInt32(String s, NumberStyles style, NumberFormatInfo info) at System.Convert.ToInt32(String value) at CanadianAuto.FormCode.FormEvents_Submit(Object sender, SubmitEventArgs e) at Microsoft.Office.InfoPath.Internal.FormEventsHost.OnSubmit(DocReturnEvent pEvent) at Microsoft.Office.Interop.InfoPath.SemiTrust._XDocumentEventSink2_SinkHelper.OnSubmitRequest(DocReturnEvent pEvent)
I'm not sure if this is permission error because the message talks about string format. I'm really worried and hoping to solve this problem because this is a live form in production.
Can anyone please help?
Thanks in advance!
