I work in a large company where every person has a personal user. Is it possible for a user to create a digital signature for himself and use only this specific signature to authorize forms which are saved on Sharepoint?

Sounds like you have a "work on behalf" role. Yes, it should be possible to create and use a digital certificate for that purpose. Do you have Certification Authority? Does your org allow creation of digital certificates by employees?
