Hi - got your file, thanks.
So, I want to explain the point of the /id parameter, because I think, looking at your form, that there may be a misunderstanding there.
When we submit an item to a SharePoint List, SharePoint generates a unique id for the item - 1, 2, 3, etc. Each number is only used one time per list. qRules will populate the field indicated with the ID from that list, and then the ID can be used to link items in your XML to their list item - so if you update your form, your list item will be updated.
However, in your form, you are using the exact same field for the /id parameter in all of your submits. So, if the user submits to one list, the id field in your form will be populated with that ID. Then, they submit to another list, with the same ID parameter - now qRules is trying to find that list item in the other list.
That is - you submit from the XML to your Flooring Work Order list. qRules populates the /my:myFields/my:id field with the ID of that new item - let's pretend it is item 14.
Now, you try to submit from the XML to your Roofing Work Order list. You've indicated via the /id paramter that /my:myFields/my:id is your ID field. qRules will take that into account when submitting to the Roofing Work Order list, and assume since you have a value in that field (14, from your previous submit to the other list) that you are trying to update the Roofing Work Order list item 14 instead of creating a new item.
It may be that for your form, you don't need the /id paramter at all - perhaps you just want to add items to your list and not be able to update them. But if you do need the XML attached to the list, you'll need a separate ID field in your form for each list.
