I need a little help with this, not sure what forum to put it in.
Background:
We have an employee evaluation (infopath 2010) form, which a designated reviewer fills out, and saves to a document library in a sharepoint (2010) site. From there a workflow emails the link to the employee, where they complete their portion, sign off on it, at which point it's moved to a completed folder.
Currently, anyone can see any of the documents in the library, although I've restricted it somewhat using a view that reads the current user, and compares it to the 'agent' field, but I'd rather just prevent access all together as the list view shows the total score.
I'd like to, using a workflow, set permissions on each individual file (so reviewer group and specific user has access to modify the file in one folder, and view only in the completed folder).
Secondly I'd like for when a user is viewing the list, that they only see their documents. If this is not possible, I figure I'll have to use the workflow to create a folder for each user, and configure permissions on that, but I'd perfer not to use folders.
Anyone have any suggestions on doing this?
