Loss of Data when converting infopath form to PDF

    Here is the problem:

At the company I work for we have a infopath form that is a work order for departments to request things.  Once they have filled out the form they email it to us and we complete the work requested and then fill out the bottom of the form with the work that was done.  We are using Arx Cosign to digitally sign the forms in multiple areas within the form.  Once the form has been completed, I give it a log # and publish it as a PDF.  The form is a 2007 and I use 2010.  When I publish the form the signature at the bottom is missing, but the others throughout the form are still there.  The weird thing is that I can publish them on some computers just fine, but others I can not.  I am lost, please help!!!!!

Hi Whitney, It is recommended that you apply your digital signature to the document in its final format. If you intend for the end result to be PDF, it is recomended to convert to PDF prior to signing. By signing the infopath form, and then converting it, you are just left with the image of the signature, and none of the certificate chain, nor integrity check that is built in to a proper digital signature. If you are just trying to move the image, you may want to try a different program for processing the conversion. Which program are you using for converting the form to PDF? -Jonathan

We are not concerned at this time with the certificate chain carrying over to the PDF.  I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro 9.  Do you have any suggestions of a different program that I can use?

    Thanks
