An easier way to read my post .... http://s13.postimage.org/kv2e7t1zb/Question.png
Here is the basic idea (small scale) of what I am dealing with...
An example of the problem i'm trying to solve. google.com and youtube.com go down.
The data i am given is "google.com, youtube.com" and I must retrieve the primary and secondary emails for the sites and automatically email them the outage announcement. (which can simply be the forum.)
Some problems/Difficulties.
1.) google.com must include both emails for each... www.google.com/sites, www.google.com/sites/Kyle, www.google.com/sites/Jacob
2.) Emails cannot repeat (this problem hasn't seemed to of happen yet, but I'm sure it will.)
One absolute necessary part of the form is....
_________________(Where the user can paste the list of outage sites, "google.com, youtube.com"
The rest can be done however.
Data:
Sites: Owners Emails Secondary Owner Emails
www.google.com i
[email protected] [email protected]
www.google.com/sites i
[email protected] [email protected]
www.google.com/sites/Kyle i
[email protected] [email protected]
www.google.com/sites/Jacob i
[email protected] [email protected]
www.youtube.com i
[email protected] [email protected]
www.youtube.com/sxepihl i
[email protected] [email protected]
www.microsoft.com i

I have tried many different things. The biggest problem i'm having is using functions inside of functions usually end up in errors for me. Finding the best control to use is usually the difficult part. I have gotten it to where I can pull emails for one site and fills a multilist box, but the user then has to manually check each box and it ended up being 100+ emails. I'm dealing with a large database so it can run slowly at times so I am aiming towards 100% automated except inputting the list of outage sites and hitting the submit button.
Thank you in advance this has been quite the challenge for me as my first infopath forum!
