Hello everyone,

I have an infopath form (Browser enabled) running on moss 2007. This form submits to a form library. I have the url to the forms library added in the main submit of the form.

However, the form library has multiple subfolders (by department). Each department only has write access to their folder. How can I change the submit logic to submit the form to a particular folder .....or allow form users to select the folder.

Sand-boxed solutions are not enabled on my server farm so I am looking for a solution where I don't have to code. Your suggestions are welcome.

I don't think thatt you can do this, but you can have different libraries for each department. in this approach you would create department specific submit data connections, have a Department dropdown control and then use a rule to set the submit connection based on the selected department

Another approach would be to publish your form as a content type, create department specific libraries, activate the content type in each library and have the users submit to the same library as they used to create the new form.
