Hi All
I am just a week old with Infopath!!

I am trying to create multi select ListBox in Infopath. Can anyone tellme how to do this? I dragged a listbox and i realized it doesnt have multiselect by default and none of its properties allow you to enable it as a multiselect listbox.

thanks for replying!! i had tried that solution and the biggest problem with that is - the data source is manually typed and i would like to import it directly from the address book!!!

i cant believe that creating a multi-select listbox could be so complicated in infopath??????

Where is your address book? You would have to copy your listbox values from the secondary data source into your main DOM in a repeating list. You need to do it with code.

To populate the list as secondary data source.
1. Tools
2. Data Connections
3. Click Add inside Data Connections window
4. Click Receive Data
5. Select SharePoint library list
6. Enter the location of the SharePoint
7. Then select your list

And just follow the wizard.
