We have an issue (many) while migrating 2007 to 2010. The data connection to an XML in 2010 is not working.
We are using this command: _vti_bin/owssvr.dll?

2010 - What we think the URL should look likehttp://[MyServer]/[Mysite]/_vti_bin/owssvr.dll?cmd=Display&List=%7BC73DBC61%2D1995%2D481C%2DB0B4%2DF1A9A77E4F32%7D&XMLDATA=TRUE
So - did the URL change? Does the old URL still work in IE, just not in InfoPath?
If so, you may just need to add noredirect=true - more on that here.
Thank you for the quick post, after trying your suggestions, I realized the GUID was incorrect.

Well, at least when we went from ShP 2007 to ShP 2010, all of our owssvr.dll data connections in InfoPath started to fail due to not having noredirect - we should leave the post up, in case someone else has the issue. :-)
