Strange "Locked for editing" submit error

I have an Infopath 2007 filler form that I have recently uploaded to a SharePoint 2007 Document library. I have been doing some testing with the form and while it will submit new forms into the document library without issue, when I try to open up a submitted form and re-submit it I get the following error:

"InfoPath cannot submit the form. An error ocurred while the form was being submitted. The form cannot be submitted to the following location <<Doc Library Location with name of file on the end>> The file <<"Filename">> is checked out or locked for editing by <<Username>>. The operation completed successfully."

The user name that it lists as having the file checked out or locked for editing by is me - and I do not have it checked out or locked.

I build InfoPath filler forms all the time and upload them to our SharePoint site and I have never had this error occur before.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers

    Hello,

I'm still struggling with this issue. If anyone can offer assistance it would be greatly appreciated as I am due to present this project in a matter of days and this is the only thing holding me up.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks

Hi Loa I am also facing the same issue. Have you got resolution to the below issue? "InfoPath cannot submit the form. An error ocurred while the form was being submitted. The form cannot be submitted to the following location <> The file <> is checked out or locked for editing by <>. The operation completed successfully." Thanks Rubini @QDABRA team - any help is much appreciated.
