    Formatting Text Boxes

Hi, I'm trying to format plain text boxes so that they have static "-" in them for things like phone numbers and SSN #s but can't seem to figure out how. I don't want it to be done as a concat function but rather to have them pre placed to it would look like

    |_ _ _) _ _ _-_ _ _ _| or |_ _ _-_ _-_ _ _ _| as the text box and the user just has to enter the numbers. Also this form will be published to SharePoint so placeholder text isn't an option. I've tried searching around and can't seem to find anything so any guidance would be helpful. Thanks in advance!!

Also I'm trying to have an optional section show after the submit action. What is the easiest way of doing this? I was thinking of just conditional formatting but I don't know how to get this to go off of the submit action, only by asking if another field has a certain value, which would make it visible before the submit. I.e. I have a form with an "Office Use Only" area that I don't want everyone to see. Any help on this problem will also be helpful.

    Thanks,

    ~James
