Weird date behaviour on List form

    Hi,

working with SharePoint 2010, InfoPath 2010. Created a brand new custom list. Fields are Title, StartDate, EndDate. Both of the date fields are date&time fields

I edited the list form with InfoPath, just added some text, no changes to the fields. Then publish and test.

When I pick a date and then edit the time by adjusting the default 12:00:00 am to, say 12:30:00 am, then the time value will show up in the date box and the red markings for invalid data will appear. See screenshot.

If I edit the whole time box and enter a time value like 11:30, everything is fine.

This behaviour shows on all IP list forms that I have tested so far. In the preview, everything is fine. It only happens in published forms. I've recreated the issue on several sites in several lists.  I've just installed the Office 2010 Service Pack 1

    Attached is the xsn.

    What is going on?

Re: Weird date behaviour on List form

After some more testing I find that this weird behaviour shows just on two farms. The setup may be dodgy and they have not had any service packs installed. The date fields work fine on a newly built farm with service packs in place.
