    How to Display Form Name

I created a very simple form. Users submit to a SharePoint site. Works great. (SP/IP v.2007)

I am using the; "concat(MyCode, now())" function to create the Form name. But now my enduser is requesting, for the form name to be displayed within the form when they go back at a later date and open it.

Is there a simple way to do this? A typical form name appears like this. DDD2012-04-30T11_58_50. I don't need anyone to be able to edit or change the name... just display it one the form. (Expression box?)

    Thank you

Yes, I agree with using an expression box (Calculated Value).

    Thanks for the response.

In the end, I opted to create a hidden field called FormName and I concat'd the code and date to that field. I added it to my submit button and that part works fine. There are other posts that relate to this type of process.

What's got me now is, validation.. Posting a new Help message regarding that.
