    No closing a form

Are there any performance impacts to MOSS if a form isn't formally closed? Some forms are being designed to remain open and never close/save, and I want to do something similar after a submit/save to avoid creating an administrator approved form and have it sit within the page of a SharePoint site. Can anyone advise?

    Thanks,

    Jason.

An InfoPath form will eventually time out if opened for too long meaning you won't be able to keep a form open indefinitely.  I suppose you could increase that timeout setting in central admin, but not sure if you can set it to infinite nor would think it would be safe to do so. Hope this helps.
