    Repeating Tables and Grand Totals

I have the same questions as Jasonite and one additional question. I would like to see all of the repeating items in the SharePoint document library, not just the first item.  I also need to export them into an Excel spreadsheet.

My third questions is:  Each line item in the repeating table I created has a cost.  Is there a way (formula, function) that will allow a Grand Total of all line items outside of the repeating table?

Hi - not sure what Jasonite's question is?

But if you want to promote your repeating fields and show all values, use merge instead of first in the drop down when you select the repeating field for promotion.

You can use a formula in an expression box (calculated value) that uses the sum function to get your grand total - the formula would look like sum(selectyourrepeatingfieldhere)

I don't have an answer as to exporting to Excel. I think from InfoPath Filler you can export.

Worked like a charm.  Thanks so much for the help.
