    Numbering InfoPath 2010

Hello Everyone! My name is Darrin and I am a supervisor for a call center.  I am trying to make a tracking form that I can deploy to my employees that do not have InfoPath installed.  My form has about 50 rows, two columns and each column has a check box, one for yes and one for no.  I need these to total at the bottom of how many are checked because each one will not be checked.   For an example, if I have 25 checked of the 50 I need to say 25 at the bottom. I need to know how many yes are checked and how many "no" boxes are checked....Is the possible?  Forgive me as I am a InfoPath Newbie.  Thanks in advance! Darrin

Assuming you've set up these rows all with separate fields rather than a repeating table and that they all have the same checked/unchecked values, the formula to count the number of checkboxes that are checked would be:

    count((firstField | secondField | thirdField | ... | lastField)[. = 'valueWhenChecked'])

I have the formula however in the second "No" column, the design checker is red.  The error is "Control Binding is not supported" and if I take out the formula from No the error goes away.  I need them to total separate from yes and the no row.

Perhaps this blog post can help you with the Control Binding is not Supported error:

The alternative would be to have two fields with default value formulas to count the number of Yeses and Nos, and display those in your form.

I have one check box in every row. There is two columns and 30 rows.   I click a few check boxes in the yes row however the 0 of the formula is not updating when I click the check boxes.
