InfoPath Dev

I have an IP 2007 template that someone created.  It has been published to the portal but now we cannot open it.   It's an "IP 2007 Filler Form".  It only has the "publish" method filled out and not the "submit" method. (not sure if the latter matters).  Any suggestions why it won't open from Sharepoint?  Everything else looks correct.  Thanks in advance.

I'm assuming you walked through the publishing wizard to publish it? Then you are going to the library you published to, and clicking "New" to open the template?

If not, how are you publishing / opening? What is the error you are getting?

Yes, It was published through the "quick publish" wizard but didn't set up the "submit" button.  I went through the publish wizard again and it worked.  I think the third time was the charm.  Not sure if it was a glitch in the server or the form.  If he has it as only a "filler form", if the user doesn't have infopath, can they still fill it out?  Thanks.

If the form is set to be filler, users without InfoPath installed will not be able to fill it out.
