Non-Code method for displaying items from one multiselection listbox and putting them into another listbox on button click

I have two multiselect List Boxes. leftListBox is populated with list of countries form SPList data source.  When user selects items in leftListBox I need to display those values into rightlistBox on button Click. I was able to display the value to rightlistbox as shown in the first scenario in the screenshot but I am trying to make work like the second scenario. Let me know if any one has any non code suggestions.

Are you asking how to make the multiple select list box look like the bottom one instead of the top one?  If so, then the answer is not easily.  There isn't a way out of the box to do that unless you want to build it on your own.  I imagine there is probably a way to do it with 2 list boxes, 2 buttons and a lot of rules, but I would recommend just sticking with the top option.
