I tried to add columns from an existing SharePoint list and another person tried to export it to MS Access or MS Excel. Then, he got an error like stated below.
You do not have the necessary permissions to use the object. Have your system administrator or the person who created this object establish the appropriate permissions for you. (Error 3033)
The person have the level of access : limited and perm-basic - View ( custom permission level: basic view rights to lists and doc libs and site)
