    Emailing attachments with InfoPath form

Hello - I am trying to email an InfoPath form using the Save & Send - Send form method.  I use the "paperclip" in the email to attach a document...when the recipient opens the email with containing the InfoPath form, the attachment does not appear.

What I have found is that for "person one" when opening the email containing the InfoPath form - the form opens in Outlook. They are able to see the attachment.

For "person two", it opens in InfoPath and they are not able to see the attachment.

Person one logged on to person two's pc and is now unable to see the attachment.

So - it isn't by log in but by pc.

    Does anyone have an answer?

    Thank you,
    Jeanne

    Hi Jeanne,

Perhaps you can try repairing Office install for person two's pc?

Do you think that is the issue?  Of all the people I've tested the form with (maybe 10) all but two have the form open in InfoPath and not Outlook.  The two people that the form opens in Outlook can see the attachments.

We tried this and it still does not work.  Is there anyone that is using InfoPath 2010 and Outlook 2010 that can try emailing a form with an attachment to someone and see if the recipient can see the attachment?  There has to be a solution.
