Accessing Infopath Form Simultaneously by many users

    Hi,

     I have 2 questions.

I have developed an Infopath 2007 form that uploads data into a Sharepoint list. But my business wants many users to open and fill data through the form simultaneously, How many users can open n fill the form simultaneously?

Another problem is that I have written code using VB script in the form to insert or retriev or update data into the Sharepoint list via the form.  But I find that this is working fine for the data in the first page of the Sharepoint list view. If the number of records increase, such that the rows get inserted into the second page of the view, they dont get inserted properly. What could be the possible issue? Kindly help as it is urgent. Thanks

Multiple people can access your form simultaneously.  InfoPath doesn't support coauthoring like the other Office apps do.  So you while you can view the InfoPath form at the same time, you might run into issues when multiple people are trying to save the same form.

The second problem you are having is the first time I've heard of such an issue.  I'm not sure where to begin to help you workaround that problem.  Perhaps increasing the number of items on the view that is displayed?  Probably not the best long term solution....

    Thanks Anson.

Yes, I did increase the item limit from 100 to 100,000 as a short term fix. I am really concerned what would happen if the records increase beyond 100,000. First of all, I am not sure if giving such a high item limit will cause any harm to the performance.

Could it be like I am making any mistake in the data connections, that leads me to such an issue? Please advice.
