I'm having a problem with one of my users not being able to save updated InfoPath to Outlook.
Basically, a user submits an InfoPath to the in-box and the reviewer works the question that was asked.
Once the reviewer adds their response, the form needs to be saved for exporting purposes.
The Problem: I have a button set up to click when reviewer is done making updates. On form close it asks to save changes made to the form.
Usually just click yes and the changes are saved to the form itself. For this user the save as prompt box opens up and asks where to save.
Not sure why this user gets the save as prompt. Is it a setting in Outlook that could be casing the different InfoPath behavior?
Need the changes to be saved to the form itself in the shared in-box, so I can export the completed InfoPath form.
Cant see to find any reason to why the save function is different for this one user. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Nate
