InfoPath Dev

Hello,

I was able to use the GetUserProfileByName webservice to auto populate the info of the user currently logged into SharePoint 2010 into a InfoPath 2010 form. But I was wondering if there is a way to populate any user's info into an InfoPath Form. For example, If i am the manager and I am filling in IT request for my employee, I would like my employee's user info to be populated into the fields when I select my employee from the people/group search. Is it possible to do this? If so, please advise exact steps.

 To clarify, I want the selected user's info to auto populate, doesn't have to be the manager. It could be an admin who is putting a request for someone else.
