DbxlDocumentServiceEX.asmx error yet still saved data

I have created a from that submit to Dbxl webservice and on submit pops up a username password box asking for credential in order to use the DbxlDocumentServiceEx.asmx. The dbxl permissions for the document type is set to all authenticated user. The form is using form workflow and is initially submitted in one account and in another account, I am trying to approve it. It doesn't seem to error out when I am using the same account to submit and approve. Not sure what the permission issue is. It seems like dbxl webservice is asking for permission, but not sure what it's that I need to set? The odd thing is eventhough the webservice throws me this error, the data is still being saved????

The detail errors are listed below:

Without putting in a username/pwd, the error messages are:

InfoPath cannot submit the form. InfoPath cannot submit the form. An error occurred while the form was being submitted. The Web service request could not be authenticated.

    After putting in a username/password:

InfoPath cannot submit the form. An error occurred while the form was being submitted. The SOAP response indicates that an error occurred on the server:

System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request. ---> System.Exception: Exception Code: I0016 Exception Message: Update failed. Document updated by another user (DOMAIN\username)

I just tested this same form again on the second account that is giving me permission problems. However, this time I am trying to submit the initial document instead of trying to approve it. In doing so, it give me the same pop up window asking for username and password which I input the information; but it pops up the same window again.

I then look at the DBXL document admin area, there are 10 new documents (different docids) from the same submission.

Is this some sort of configuration issue?

    Thanks

I think I figure out what the problem was and why it was asking for permission. It was because dbxl was trying to create the document in the Infopath Library in SharePoint to which the user had no access to. Once I gave that user access to the Infopath Library, the username/paswword didn't show up again.

This begs the question, is there a way for dbxl to create the document in SharePoint without assuming the current user's credential since I want that library in SP to be an administrator folder. Thus, the user should not be able to have access.

No, unfortunately, the user submitting is impersonated on the document submit.  But we will add this as a feature request.
