    Error with My Submit to sharepointlist Command

    Well I had my form working with sync'ing to a sharepoint list.  I had to add a field to my Repeating table.  in doing so I re did my mapping's xml and updated my Data connection.  Now when i try and submit i get an error

     Errors occurred submitting to list: The list item could not be added or updated because duplicate values were found in one or more fields in the list

    it still submits but doubles duplicates the lines in the list.  Not sure what I did wrong.

    Send your form along to the support email found in your user guide (last page, I think) or attach it here under the Options tab and I'll take a quick look.

    What are your column types in your SharePoint List? Are any of them site columns?

    I'm wondering at your Review Status column - it is a choice. What are the options available? If you change it to text, what happens? Is this the new column you added?

    The Etchings column is Yes / No - I can't recall off hand if that is actually True / False, but I think it is - what are you passing in there from your form?

    Can you try changing your Etching field to have a default value of 0 in your form? It seems your radio button control sets it to 1, so that would be true.

    I've not seen the error you are getting before, and otherwise everything looks fine - I'm kind of perplexed. When the form submits, are you getting an ID back in your ID field?

    Ahh I think I found the issue.. I changed the Yes/no to text and its bringing my Id into my etching field and vice versa. I checked my mapping's and they seem to be linked right.  Could my concat copy table be right? Dose it have to be in the right order?

    Your mapping is right:

        <my:Mapping>
          <my:FormField my:IsRichText="false">my:Etching</my:FormField>
          <my:SharePointColumn>Etching</my:SharePointColumn>
        </my:Mapping>

    What is your "concat copy table"? Where would I find that?

    Re: Error with My Submit to sharepointlist Command

    Copy table doesn't have any mapping or anything - so the first field in the source gets copied to the first field in the destination. The second field in the source gets copied to the second field in the destination. Your data source you are copying from has Etching then ID. Your main data source has ID then Etching. Thus, ID is getting copied into your Etching field, I'd imagine.

    While you are working through this, I'd display the secondary data on the form, and make sure my main data source values are all displayed as well (Etching, with its radio button control, is not showing its value to you).

    Re: Error with My Submit to sharepointlist Command

    concat("CopyTable /dsnamesrc=Clearmarkinfo /tablesrc=/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields /rowsrc=ns1:SharePointListItem_RW[ns1:sonumber='", ., "'] /tabledest=/my:myFields/my:Items /rowdest=my:Item /empty=yes")

    I dint see how this copy table command could be wrong but it seems to be putting the id number in the etching field do i have to re do a data connection or something?
