    Table in Footer

     Hello,

I`m german, so just ignore my mistakes i'll try my best to do not so much.

Now to my question, i'm creating a statement form for my Company, and i need a footer at every Site (formular is printed) with some information. My Problem is the Formular is dynamic with repeating tabels, so it can be 1 or 2 Sites and the Text (a screenshot is attached) plus 1 image has to be at the Footer of every Site.

Is it possible to insert a Table here, or is there another workaround to do this?

I would be very happy when you can help me.

    Greetings from Germany

     Nico

    Hi there,

Do you want to insert a table in your footer of your InfoPath form or in your SharePoint site?  If its the former, you can create a template part in InfoPath and simply insert that into each view that you require in your form.  This will also allow you to use the forms data source since your table needs to be dynamic.  The built in footer functionality in InfoPath only allows you to have rich text.

    Hey,

Thank you for you answer. Yes i need a table in the footer(like the footer from word) in my infopath form. Creating a template is not the right solution here, this part has to act like a footer, when my uper part gets longer, there shouldn't be any impacts to the footer, he is just there in the print view at the bottom of every site (like in Word), doesnt matter how long the whole Document is.

Is there any workaround? When the uper text reaches my footer part, he just breaks around it, so hes under it? I hope you understand this, my subject-specific vocabulary is not that good.

    Thank you

Sounds like you just need to create a section that will contain the contents of your footer.  Then you'll just need to insert this section at the bottom of each of your views.  You can make this easier by using template parts.  The contents of your form shouldn't wrap around this section.
