export fields from form to .csv

Have a form in infopath 2010 and the form is published to a SharePoint form library (no infopath forms service) When the form is filled and submitted by a user, I would like to export some of the fields from the form to an: name-dd-mm-yyyy.csv file if I could copy/move or even create the name-dd-mm-yyyy.csv automatically to/in a specific folder on a file share that would be great! Rules and SPD workflow can apply...:) Anyone can tell me how-to?

You can export your form to Excel in the file menu.  Otherwise, there isn't an out of box way using rules or workflow that I'm aware of that can do this.  Apparently there is an Excel ActiveX that will let you do this programatically, though I myself don't know too much about it.

You could custom code a button using C# or VB to create the CSV file.  There are enough code examples on the web to piece together the code.  Using XPathNavigator you can buffer the form data to string variables, then it's just a matter of some simple file operations to open, write and close the file.
