I want to create a form that can submit data to a database, but I want to use my starter form, to keep a consistant look

I need to create an InfoPath form that can submit data back to a SQL database, I know that to do this, I need to create the form using the create from database option. is there an (relatively) easy way to also use my starter form that has all my company branding, and tools (i.e. Help file, Terms of Use, etc.) already or do I have to recreate it for this form?

You can submit data to databases in the form code, which would allow you to keep whatever formatting you have in your form
