InfoPath Dev

I have a sentence that is underlined but it contains a couple characters that are superscript.  The underline is displayed under the superscript instead of staying at the same level as the non-superscript text.  It looks funny, like there is a gap in the underlining because the underline moves up with the superscript text.

 Is there a way to keep the underlining consistent with the rest of the sentence height-wise without me removing the superscript text?

if it works anything like html, it would be related to the order fo your tags. try underline first, then apply the subscript.

Unfortunately, I already tried that and it didn't work.  The order I had applied the formatting was I had underlined the text first and then applied the superscript.  The underlining still appears above the rest of the sentence under the superscript text.
