I have created an InfoPath 2007 form and published it to a SharePoint 2007 library. The form contains 7 promoted fields. I have set an alert on the library that should email me whenever a change is made to an item in the library.
The problem I have encountered is that when a new item is added to the library, none of the promoted fields appear in the SharePoint alert. The fields are defintely visible on the library, and if I make a change to the form, the next alert contains all of the prompted fields.
Does anyone know why the first email alert is not showing any of the promoted fields?
