I have been trying to create an InfoPath form - when i first created it I chose the 'manage multiple list items. Once the form is created I have a repeating section for the top portion of the form. I don't need the repeating section for that part, but for the lower half of the form. I select the 'Change control' feature for the repeating section to select repeating table. I remove all the form fields just leaving the two fields I need a repeating table for. I add fields and controls above these two fields and select the upper portion fields which I don't need to repeat from 'myFields' control and select fields and controls which do not repeat. I'm sure I'm going about it all wrong, but couldn't figure out how to remove the repeating sections control and just add it where I needed it. So, it looks the way I need it to be, but the problem is that it won't publish to my SP list as it generates errors stating that the fields cannot be blank. When I run the preview feature I populate data to the form to ensure that it can publish to the SP list and yet, it states the fields cannot be empty. The fields properties are that these fields cannot be empty. HOw do you fix this problem? I've been playing with it for way too long and cannot resolve this. Please HELP!!
