Hi, who do I have to speak with to request a refund?

I was able to inject my form, add mappings, get results just fine...when using Filler on Office 365. But I am no longer able to even OPEN the Form in the browser!

Now, although some of the other features of QRules probably work just fine, my customer demands browser-based on Office 365 and your solution does not work for me.

Hi, Steve - I'll have our customer support liason contact you about getting you a refund. For others who happen upon this thread, there are configuration steps in Office 365 to use browser forms with managed code - here's a link to a post by Jim Cantwell that explains this.

qRules v4.1 - which we hope to release in the next two weeks - will include better out-of-box support for Office 365 browser forms.
