I need a quick help on this, i have three fields field1, field2 and field3. i have to set value of field3, to the difference between field1 and field2, example:100-50=50 and 50-100= 50 it should not display negative number. thank you

Try a formula like this:
(field1-field2) * (1 - 2 * ((field1-field2) < 0))
