Embed Excel Table for Drop Down List Options

I'm brand new to InfoPath and trying to create a form and need a little assistance.  I have a drop down list of about 100 different options that could periodically change.  I currently have this list stored in an Excel spread sheet.  Is there a way I can embed the spread sheet into the form rather than having to key each one of the options into the drop down menu?  Thank you for any assistance provided.

    Hello Ken,

you can import the spread sheet to a sharepoint list and create the columns view, and from infopath form you can create a data connection to the sharepoint list.

Then create a dropdown field control in infopath form, go to properties and lookup values from data connection, it will auto populate those 100 values in drop down list.
