Mess layout when screen display size changed

I set tables in the form to make the fields lay out nice. but the table size are not by %.

My screen display set to default: Smaller-100% , all the forms lay out in this condition.But some of co-worker set the screen display to Medium-125%. the forms I created shows up awful in their screen. All the words Kind of squeezing together.

Is there any suggestion?

How to build the form so it can adjust the size with the screen display?

any one knows a way?

I, too, would like to know if there's a solution. One user of our form set his screen to the 125% setting and although the text is larger, the fields and buttons don't seem to enlarge enough to accomodate the larger text. It certainly is a mess and I'd like to offer a suggestion for those who want bigger fonts.
