InfoPath Dev

 In the Manage Data Connection, I have a formula (concat(StudentName, StudentLifeOption, today())) or concat(StudentName, HealthOfficeOption, today()). But this gives me the value true. I need the name to appear with the studentname,value of the Option name, but there are more than one options like HealthOfficeOption which has two value and PrincipalOfficeOption which has 3 value.  StudenLifeOption, HealthOfficeOption and PrincipalOffice options are dropdownlist.

I think the solution is to:

1. Add a field called FormName. It will be in the schema but not in the canvas.

2. Add rules to set the value of FormName according to the selections made in the form. That way you can have the FormName be equal to different values according to different conditions.

3. Modify the submit data connection so that it uses the new FormName field.

 I have one form with 11 views built on that form. So I think when the form is submitted I cannot see the view as separate submission on the sharepoint library by adding a formula right?

 On a SharePoint form library, you will see the entire XML document. You won't see separate views submitted separately, regardless of how you name the XML file.
