InfoPath Dev

 Hello, I am completely new to Infopath and everything I have done so far I have used this forum for guidance!

 I have a sharepoint form library where a user can log on and complete and submit an infopath form.  This then triggers a workflow where the approver receives an email notification that a new request has been submitted.

At this point I would like to change the view of the form so that the approver can see the completed form and can approve / reject the booking.

 Can somebody let me know if this is possible please?

Hi Caroline,

This has been demoed in one of our free webinars. If you have a field called "Status", you can add formatting rules so that Approve/Reject buttons will enable/show when status = "Submitted" and disable/hide when status = "New". If you have a separate view for approvers, add a rule in your form to switch view and show the approvers view based on status and/or current user logged in.
