    Form alignment incorrect when printing

Apologies if this question has been asked before, I'm sure it has but had a look through the search and couldn't find my answer.

When I print my infopath form or save it to pdf format the alignment is incorrect on nearly every page.  It either cuts sections off which run off the page or moves sections of the form down to the next line.

Is there any way I can make the printing formatting the same as it looks when filling out the form online?

     Thanks!

Sadly, InfoPath is known to mangle the views when printing. The solution I have found is to have a separate print view.

So you have one view where users fill out the data. Then create a second view, which might have read only controls and Expression Boxes for example, and make this the print view. Then it's a matter of tweaking the print view, as desired, until it looks great in PDF and on paper.
