    So, the user fills out the fields in the "Report Selection Criteria" area, and it looks like you already have rules to only return Project Status info based on those - I'm guessing that the Preview Area does what you want? It has only fields from the Status data source - was there info you want from the Project data source there?

     I'm guessing that the issue is with the print view? You'd like to see the Project data with the status? Right now it would show all projects, then all statuses, instead of showing them together?

    Yes the issue is with the print view.  I need to show project data AND status data on the print view.  I want the user to be able to pick selection criteria on view 1 and then see it on the print view.

    Ignore the preview area I need to delete that.

    My problem is that I can't get the print view to display project data AND status data TOGETHER at the same time using the selection criteria.  I can't get a project data row to equal a project status row.  For example it shows Project XYZ's project data but with Project ABC's status information.  I need Project XYZ data and status to display on the same row.

    Please help!!!

    I can't preview to check what I'm doing, of course, but in the print view of the attached, you'll find a repeating section bound to the status list. It has calculated values in it. The first row of calculated values come from the Project list and are filtered based on Project Name. Hopefully that is the field across the two lists that matches. If not, you'll need to change the filters on the field selections in the formula editor.

    1. Do you know how I can make this checkbox value display as Yes, No instead of True, False on my form???  Here is the xpath.

    xdXDocument:GetDOM("Projects")/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/d:SharePointListItem_RW/d:SCE_x0026_G[../d:Project_x0020_Name = current()/d:Project_x0020_Name2]

    2. Do you know how I can make a Person/Group Picker that allows multiple selections display correctly on my form???  Currently if more than one person it shows display name, ID, email address all jumbled, I only wish to see display name.

    xdXDocument:GetDOM("Projects")/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/d:SharePointListItem_RW/d:Project_x0020_Manager/pc:Person/pc:DisplayName[../../../d:Project_x0020_Name = current()/d:Project_x0020_Name2]

    I'd use two expression boxes (calculated values IP 2010) for item 1. One has text saying Yes. The other has text saying No. You can use your XPath above to conditionally format them - hide if the Yes box if the field = false, the No box if the field = true.

    Can you add a screenshot of item 2?

    Is there anyway to get a 2010 infopath form to run on 2007?

    Thanks

    InfoPath 2010 allows you to save the form template as InfoPath 2007 Web Browser Form Template or InfoPath 2007 Filler Form Template. Have you tried that yet?

    Yes but I can't save it in those formats without losing alot of form functionality.

    Re: A repeating table that shows data from 2 other repeating tables

    I have a calculated value field and this is it's xpath:

    xdXDocument:GetDOM("My Projects")/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/d:SharePointListItem_RW/d:WO_x0020_Actual[../d:Project_x0020_Name = current()/d:Project_x0020_Name2]

    It is formatted as a Whole Number.

    I would like to hide another calculated value field (just concat text field) based on whether or not this field has data in it.  I create a new format rule and select Expression in the expression field I have basically the same xpath as above but I need to add something to the end of it to make it be true if that field has data in it.

    xdXDocument:GetDOM("My Projects")/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/d:SharePointListItem_RW/d:WO_x0020_Actual[../d:Project_x0020_Name = current()/d:Project_x0020_Name2] >= 0

    count(xdXDocument:GetDOM("CIS Modernization Projects")/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/d:SharePointListItem_RW/d:WO_x0020_Actual[../d:Project_x0020_Name = current()/d:Project_x0020_Name2]) >= 0
